🔒 Only What’s Needed

We only collect your name, delivery address, Eircode, email, and phone number to pack, ship, and register your painting’s Certificate of Authenticity.

🚫 Zero Ad Tracking

We never sell or rent your details to third parties or advertising networks. We use one essential session cookie solely to keep paintings in your Collector Bag.

1. Information We Collect

When you place an order or submit a custom commission inquiry on popart.irish, we collect only the details necessary to fulfil your request:

  • Order & Delivery Details: Your name, email address, phone number (for courier delivery updates), street address, county, Eircode/postcode, and delivery notes.
  • Custom Commission Briefs: Your preferred canvas dimensions, colour palette, and description of the artwork you would like us to paint.
  • Payment Processing: Card and Apple/Google Pay payments are processed directly by Stripe over encrypted connections. PopArt.irish never sees or stores your card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information (GDPR Legal Basis)

  • Contract Fulfilment: To prepare your canvas, issue your signed Certificate of Authenticity, send your order confirmation email, and deliver your art crate.
  • Order Tracking: To display your order’s progress through our 5 studio and courier stages.
  • Legal & Tax Obligations: To maintain statutory Irish Revenue invoice records.

3. Trusted Partners Who Help Deliver Your Canvas

  • Insured Couriers (An Post / DHL Express): Your name, delivery address, Eircode, and contact phone number for safe delivery.
  • Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Dublin): Secure payment processing in Euro (€).

4. Cookies & Browser Session

Our website uses strictly necessary Django session cookies (sessionid and csrftoken) so your Collector Bag remembers your selected canvases and your checkout forms stay protected. We do not use intrusive third-party advertising trackers.

5. Your Rights Under Irish & EU GDPR

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@popart.irish.
